Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

• Valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. Vouchers must be redeemed within this time and cannot be extended.
• Redeemable for food and beverage at Rupert’s Bar & Grill. Not redeemable for cash and non-refundable.
• Vouchers must be used in one transaction.  No credit will be given for any unused balance. 
• If the voucher does not cover the full bill, the remaining balance is payable at the time of dining.
• Please present your voucher upon arrival (printed or digital) and mention it when making your reservation.
• Lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers cannot be replaced.
• Vouchers are transferable and may be used by the bearer.
• Not valid in conjunction with other offers, promotions, or special event menus unless otherwise stated.
